We generally seek candidates with 3+ years of professional or military aviation maintenance experience. While most of our commercial customers work on Boeing, Airbus or Embraer planes, we have found that experience on C-5, C-17, or C-130 platforms provides the right knowledge base to apply to commercial planes.
